Dimapur, February 5 (MExN): Based on “credible intelligence input” regarding drug smuggling activity from Duncan Bosti area, operation was launched by AET Dimapur Police, lead by Officer-in-Charge West PS.
The DCP (Crime) & PRO, Dimapur in an update informed that one suspected apartment was raided and recovered brown sugar which was concealed in soap cases numbering twelve, which was seized properly. Two accused person were arrested from the location and two more drug smugglers were arrested from Khermahal and Sematila Colony.
During the raid, the police recovered 130 grams of Brown sugar (Heroin). The accused have been identified as Moses (39), Paul Humtsoe (41), Martha (34) and Daveikho (26), the PRO added.
