DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 11 (MExN): Dimapur Police today informed that only 6 wheel goods laden trucks bound for Kohima and elsewhere will be permitted to proceed from Chümoukedima Check gate till such time that repair works on certain crucial stretches on NH 29 is fully restored. A press release from the PRO, Dimapur Police however informed that 10 wheel trucks bound for Kohima on emergency government duty will be permitted to proceed subject to prior permission from the Commissioner of Police Office or the Deputy Commissioner of Police (Traffic). The regulation is purely temporary and subject to completion of restorative work on NH 29, it was added.
