•-As a concern citizen, I would like request the Government of Nagaland to please clarify about the minimum criteria to avail backward reservation quota. Is it that a tribe is to have a minimum of 17 Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and 25 Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) to avail the reservation quota? Why is that some tribes having 17 Deputy Superintendent of Police( DSP) and 25 Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) can avail the backward quota, while the Rengma tribe having less that 10 Deputy Superintendent of Police(DSP) and Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) cannot avail the reservation quota. Is this not a form of discrimination?
