•-The news article “Condoms to be distributed to hotels in Kohima” dated 16th October 2011 made me to wonder if we are actually trying to prevent HIV/AIDS or promoting sex. The Hotels of Kohima are not supposed to be serving like brothels and sexual activities are not permitted in hotels. If they are doing so; why are the authorities not checking it? Already an administrator had sounded that the practice of prostitution is increasing alarmingly. Now, are we not going to stop it or are we going to distribute condoms and say “just do it” what do the civil organizations say on this?
