Dimapur, January 15 (MExN): Enumeration for the socio-economic and caste census for Dimapur municipality would be delayed by several days owing to technical reasons. Chief Executive Officer of Dimapur Municipal Council Imtirenla Jamir informed all citizens, supervisors and enumerators appointed to enumerate, that the exercise, scheduled to commence from January 16, would be delayed by ‘few days.’ According to a note from the CEO of the council, a firm under ECIL.co called ‘Inmedia’ could not complete cataloguing data into the table PCs to be used by Data entry Operators “due to some technical problems.” However, enumeration for the census would be carried out in five municipal blocks of Dimapur from January 16 as scheduled. The blocks are 0001, 0005, 0009 and 00013 of ward-1 and block 0017 of ward-2, the
DMC informed.
