Don Bosco AIDA, JCF provide food items

Members of Don Bosco AIDA and the Joint Christian Forum distributing food items in three colonies in Dimapur. 

Dimapur, April 8 (MExN): The Don Bosco AIDA, in collaboration with the Joint Christian Forum distributed nutritional packages to the residents of Neisatuo, Lake View and Island Colony.  

The Chairman and Secretary, JCF and the Director AIDA together with the Sisters from Assisi Convent, Khermahal started the distribution of the nutritional packages to the residents of Ward 10, a press release informed. 

The items were distributed under the guidance and norms of the Civil and Police Administration, Dimapur, it said. 

Hygienic packing of packages which consisted of rice, dal, potatoes, onion, cooking oil, salt and soap, was done under the guidance of the Assisi Center for Integrated Development (ACID), it added. 

The staff from AIDA as well as ACID helped to distribute the items in a very orderly manner, keeping the social distances, the release said. 

ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA) is the development wing of Don Bosco, Dimapur province and is working with communities in the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Assam (Upper), it added.
