Tuensang, December 19 (MExN): Tuensang District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) meeting was held on December 19 at DC’s conference hall, Tuensang. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman DPDB Tuensang, informed a DIPR Report. The meeting discussed on the deplorable road condition between Mokokchung and Tuensang and resolved to remind the government again for necessary and speedy action.
SDO (C) Tuensang HQ also reported on the 2nd Inter Departmental Sport meets which was held in November where Table Tennis, Badminton and Carom were played. The convergence programme Gram Panchayat Developmental Plan DRDA as Nodal Office and line departments were also informed for the project proposal for the session 2020-2021.
North East Rural Livelihood Project (NERLP) gave detail office functioning and statistics through power point presentation in the meeting. Medical department will display PPT on Ayushman Bharat Project in the next DPDB meeting.
Proposal for establishment of GPS at Kiusowongto village and registration of Flower Grower society were discussed and decided to forward for approval of the government.
