People visiting stalls, watching performances and playing games at the Duncan Winter Carnival which is being organized by Duncan Women Union at Tajen Ao Road Dimapur near the DABA road stretch on December 28. Organizers informed that approximately 50 stalls have been set up comprising of food stalls, juice stalls, games, live music etc. The Carnival which began on Saturday would continue till December 30 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
