Wokha, January 9 (MExN): Training and distribution of ePOS (electronic Point of Sales) device to the FPS/Vcps was held at DCs conference hall, Wokha on 8th January 2020. As per DIPR report, the training was given by Project Manager, IMPDS (Food & Civil Supplies) Arenba Jamir and Technical Executive Assistant from Integra Company R Steven, the developer of ePIOS devices based in Bangalore. Assistant Director Food & Civil Supplies, Wokha, K Mhonthung informed that, as per the new scheme, the ration card holders will be correctly identified and the allotted quantity of rice will be distributed. The beneficiaries will be recognized by cross checking their finger print in Aadhar using the biometric system in the biometric machine.
