Fazl Ali College and Mokokchung College of Teacher Education signed a Memorandum of Understanding at FAC on October 22.
Mokokchung, October 23 (MExN): Fazl Ali College (FAC) and Mokokchung College of Teacher Education (MCTE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish formal academic collaboration, with a focus on the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The MoU was signed by Dr I Wati Imchen, Principal of FAC, and Dr T Alemla Longkumer, Principal of MCTE, at a ceremony held at FAC on October 22.
The agreement aims to foster collaborative relations between the two institutions in areas of teaching, research, and resource sharing. As part of the pact, the colleges will jointly organise seminars, workshops, and conferences, and facilitate the exchange of faculty and students for joint academic initiatives.
In his address, Dr Imchen described the MoU as a ‘huge milestone,’ expressing hope for mutual growth.
Dr Longkumer highlighted the historical ties between the institutions, noting FAC's instrumental role in the establishment of MCTE and calling the collaboration a privilege.
