The foot over-bridge at Plaza Point, Dimapur is seen on its last legs. The bridge which was inaugurated on May 22, 2004 by former minister of Road and Bridges, Khutovi Sumi is vital for commuting, particularly for school going students who use the bridge regularly for a safer route. Constructed by Road and Bridges Department through the Central Road Fund, the deficient condition is posing serious threat and calls for immediate repair. (Morung Photo)
