Kohima, October 15 (MExN): Security forces in an operation along with Police representative has arrested four cadres of NPGN/NNC (Non Accordist) near Jail Colony, Kohima on October 14, an official release informed.
The cadres were arrested when the security forces launched an operation in the area based on specific input, the release from IGAR (N) said.
A one Point 32 mm Pistol with a magazine, six live rounds of ammunition, one Extortion Pad (Office of the Naga Army NPGN- NNC) and 61 signed extortion slips of NPGN/NNC (NA) amounting to Rs 1,71,000 were recovered from theior possession, it added.
The cadres along with recovered items were handed over to South Police Station, Kohima for further investigation, the release added.
