Mokokchung, December 10 (MExN): A felicitation function of meritorious girl students and best performing schools under BBBP campaign Mokokchung District was held at ADC (Planning) Conference Hall, Mokokchung on December 10.
Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung Sachin Jaiswal, IAS gracing the function as special guest gave away the awards to the Students and Schools.
It was stated in a report issued by the DIPR that top five girl students from Mokokchung District in order of merit in HSLC exam 2018 are Arentila (Queen Mary Hr. Sec.School); Opanglemla Kichu (Queen Mary Hr. Sec. School); Lanusenla T. Jamir (Edith Douglas Hr. Sec. School); Chubasenla Longkumer (Straightway Hr. Sec. School) and Alikala Jamir (Edith Douglas Hr. Sec. School).
Top five girl students from Mokokchung District in order of merit in HSSLC (12th class) exam 2018 are Tiajungla Tzudir (Science) Jubilee Memorial School; Temjenenla (Arts) Town Hr. Sec. School; Moasenla Jamir (Arts) Mayangnokcha GHSS; Moalemla Imsong (Arts) Edith Douglas Hr. Sec. School; Sentitola Kichu (Commerce) Mayangnokcha GHSS.
The ten government schools that have ensured successful 100 percent transition of Girl students from classs-5 to class-6 are, GHS Sungratsü, GHS Chuchuyimlang, GHS Chuchuyimpang, GMS Sungkumen, GHS Unger, GMS Mary Mead Luyong, GHS Changki, GHS Longmisa, GHS Longkhum and GMS.A&B.
List of four government schools that have ensured 100 percent successful transition of Girl students from class-8 to class-9 are, GHS Sungratsü, GHS Longkhum, Yajen Aier GHS Mopungchuket and GHS Mongsenyimti.
List of two government schools that have ensured 100 percent transition of Girl Students from class-10 to class-11 are, Yajen Aier GHS Mopungchuket and GHS Yisemyong.
Earlier in the programme, Deputy Commissioner delivered a short speech while introduction to BBBP campaign was presented by SDO(C) Mokokchung Mekala Chaitanya Prasad IAS. The programme was chaired by Bodi Kapfo, EAC, Mokokchung and vote of thanks was proposed by DEO, Mokokchung Satemkala.
