Nagaland Governor, CM extend greetings

Dimapur, October 29 (MExN): On the occasion of Chaga Gadi, Nagaland Governor R N Ravi and Chief Minister (CM) Neiphiu Rio extended greetings to the Liangmai community. “I extend warm greetings to my Liangmai brothers and sisters and all the people of Nagaland on the occasion of Chaga Gadi, an annual post-harvest festival,” the Governor wrote in his message. While extending greetings to the Liangmai community, the CM also wished the Zeme community on the occasion of Lamsimnyi. “May it bring abundance of blessings of good health, happiness and peace and foster spirit of togetherness and unity,” the CM wrote.

Eid greetings:  The Governor and CM also conveyed good wishes to those celebrating Eid Milad Un Nabi, the birthday of Prophet Muhammad. They also stressed on the importance of celebrating the occasions by observing all COVID-19 protocols.
