Governor extends Ngada greetings

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 26 (MExN): Governor of Nagaland, RN Ravi has extended Ngada greetings to the Rengma community. The Governor, in a message, hoped that the festival of thanksgiving for a successful harvest will foster the spirit of oneness and brotherhood amongst all the communities in Nagaland.  While wishing the community prosperity in all spheres of life, the Governor prayed to Almighty for peace, happiness and all round prosperity to the people of Nagaland.  The Governor also underscored the rich cultural heritage of the Naga tribes and called for their preservation, promotion and due appreciation. He encouraged the younger generation to be proud of their inheritance while keeping pace with the imperative of modernity and excel in all walks of life.
