Greenwood School organizes parents meet

Students participating during the Greenwood School, Dimapur parents meet held at its school auditorium on November 9. 

Dimapur, November 9 (MExN): Greenwood School, Dimapur conducted parents meet at its school auditorium on November 9 with Dr Cope Mero, Executive Director, Resource Centre and Proprietor Rainbow Academy Pre-School as the chief guest. 

Speaking at the programme, Mero encouraged the students to be obedient and inculcate good manners. He encouraged the parents to spare time with their children and extend their support towards the teacher. He said that parents and teacher need to work hand in hand in shaping the life of a child. Mero in his speech also encouraged the teachers to continue to give their best and being the role model.

On behalf of the parents speech was also delivered by Government High School, Thahekhu headmistress Vizosieü Nakhro and annual report was presented by Greenwood School, Principal, Nilie Kath.

Other highlights of the meet were cultural activities including songs and dances presented by the students.
The programme was chaired by Visietono Seyie and Edward Kikon, invocation prayer by Greenwood School, Director, Asa Khate and benediction by Thejasenuo.
