Dimapur, October 22 (MExN): The founder and President of Helping Hands India, Robin Hibu IPS, Special Commissioner & ADGP of Delhi Police, who is on a two-day special trip to Nagaland, conducted a career seminar cum pep talk for college students and adjoining areas at Livingstone Foundation International, Dimapur on October 22.
