Illegal speed breakers in Nagaland

•-Few roads in around Kohima town and its surrounding areas are being constructed by the State Department as well as by the BRTF. However, there are some issues that needs to be addressed immediately by the Government concern. That, there are many illegal breakers set up by the house owners or by some individuals wherever they wishes to. Today we have good and complicated vehicles plying on the roads and it damages the vehicles in many instances, plus these breakers cannot protect pedestrians.
These illegal breakers should never be allowed on public roads as we have all the safety measures when we are driving. One most important matter is to have all the vehicles insure at least to the third party so that in the case of any mistake in driving, the insurance will be able to come in.
I request the Government of Nagaland and BRTF to remove all the illegal breakers which had been put up in public roads immediately. Otherwise any unwanted situation on these illegal breakers can take you to the legal court for necessary action.
