 
                          
                  
•-Few roads in around Kohima town and its surrounding areas are being  constructed by the State Department as well as by the BRTF. However,  there are some issues that needs to be addressed immediately by the  Government concern. That, there are many illegal breakers set up by the  house owners or by some individuals wherever they wishes to. Today we  have good and complicated vehicles plying on the roads and it damages  the vehicles in many instances, plus these breakers cannot protect  pedestrians. 
 These illegal breakers should never be allowed on public roads as we  have all the safety measures when we are driving. One most important  matter is to have all the vehicles insure at least to the third party so  that in the case of any mistake in driving, the insurance will be able  to come in.
 I request the Government of Nagaland and BRTF to remove all the illegal  breakers which had been put up in public roads immediately. Otherwise  any unwanted situation on these illegal breakers can take you to the  legal court for necessary action.
