A two day long 1st Nagaland Edu Connect Conclave 2022 under the theme “Investment for the future” concluded here today at Capital Convention Centre.
This event was organized by Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland (IDAN) and North East Educational Council (NEEC) to connect students seeking admissions with top colleges/institutes of the country.
Addressing the valedictory function, IDAN Chief Executive Officer Alemtemshi Jamir expressed satisfaction over the successful conclusion of event and informed that IDAN will be meeting the School Education Department to carry forward the outcome of the Conclave.
He urged upon the students to open up their minds and learn to live with the rest of the world.
“Open up your minds. Open up your attitude towards the opportunities that are available,” he said and also told the students to think beyond Nagaland.
“Today, you can do anything. Anything is possible because everything is available,” he said and challenged the students to be dedicated and stay focus to succeed in life.
You have the opportunity. Only you have to work hard and do well in life, he added.
“You are our future. We are banking on you,” Jamir added.
The conclave facilitated the students on first-hand information about admission to colleges/institutes, free education packages, scholarships, education loans etc.
The Conclave also provided platform to the students, parents and school authorities to explore and access the opportunities in the field of education.
