KOHIMA, OCTOBER 23 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Kohima has informed that any new development along the Right of Way (RoW) of the proposed 2-lane Kohima bypass road (2nd and 3rd package) should not be undertaken by any individual/clan/group/organization. In an order, the DC stated that this has been directed in view of the No Objection Certificates (NOCs) issued by the respective Village Councils/Councils of P Khel, D Khel, L Khel, Thizama, Pfuchama, Phesama and Kigwema.
