Kohima, Nagaland...

With Nagaland placed under Green Zone by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, on May 1, crowd control in the midst of lockdown relaxation on Monday proved a difficult task in the state capital. With increased vehicular movement, several locations witnessed traffic jams and government offices, banks among others were thronged with people. Traffic regulations needs to be looked after as many one-way roads are closed. Nagaland Chief Secretary Temjen Toy, later during a press briefing clarified that miscommunication has resulted this heavy rush of traffic and public movement on May 4. (Morung Photo)
