Kohima, February 12 (MExN): A highway patrolling party of Kohima police seized 165 cases of assorted Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) found concealed in a goods laden truck from Peducha area on February 11.
In this connection, the driver of the truck and the owner of the seized illegal IMFL namely Mozen Basumatary (40), of DBS Colony, Kohima and Thejavizo (36) of High School Colony, were arrested and a case has been registered at Sechü (Zubza) Police station for further investigation, a release from PRO (Def) Kohima stated.
