May God be with Nagas in this crucial stage

Dear Brother and Sister in Christ,
We the Nagas are living in the crucial stage now, for any decision we take would be the final of good or bad in future generation. We live only 60 to 90 years on earth and the rest is for the next generation of our children. We pray that the Lord our God Jesus Christ to give wisdom with clear conscience to our Naga leaders for wise decision to take any agreement with GOI in-order to live in peace with neiboring people and states. The world we live now is going to be like one village under Heaven with many religion, race, culture and leaders but power would be the supreme: "The power of God and the power of the Governing system of particular country will rule the earth".
Social discrimination is everywhere whether in Christian or heathen nations even though the system protected to the minority communities but our Naga issues are still yet to be formalized into system of protection under the Hindu nation and states of India. The Naga issue has reached to the International level and known by many nations, so the GOI is also under the pressure to solve the Naga issue (either by giving real solution or cover up with mere promises in agreement pack).
We, as the Naga public must pray and support for the leaders decision without any condition for progress a whole. Set aside of Tribalism rather encourage one another of each dialectical community. Naga must realise that we came from one family/community from north-eastern side of the present Geography (Yunan Province of China) and having different dialect (not tribes of Tangkhul, Mao, Zeliangrong, Ao, Angami, Sema, etc.) due to lapse of generation and migration to various region upto date of 21st/Chinese Century.
May our loving and merciful God be with Naga in this crucial stage.

•-With reference to the advertisement vide: No.ED/EXAM/2010-11, dated Kohima, the 9th December 2011, I would like to seek few clarification from the concerned department.
1.    Why does the application form for the teachers post costs Rs.100/-?
2.    What could be the approximate expenditure of one format of application form for the teachers post (inclusive of paper cost, printing, transportation)?
3.    Is it a source of state government revenue?
4.    Why is the examination fee Rs. 400/-?
5.    What is the minimum expenditure incurred by the department for each/one candidate?
6.    Does the revenue go towards the state exchequer?
7.    What is the fund allocation for the conduct of examination? Does the state government sanction adequate fund for such purposes?

Seeking justification from the Government of Nagaland

•-Through this esteem daily, I would like to draw the attention of the Government of Nagaland under the leadership of Shri. Neiphiu Rio and his cabinet colleagues to kindly rectify and justify the hardships caused to Graduate LDA cum Computer Assistants. Whereas the Government of Nagaland needs an educated and well qualified person (Graduate + computer Diploma Holders) inorder to filter out the less competent ‘Purana’ LDAs, to serve the Government, the present scale of pay is not in par with the Requisite Qualification, for the post of LDA being upgraded to Graduate post, as needed by the Government of Nagaland. Till now no positive response have been received from the govt. in rectifying the scale pay to Graduate LDA cum Computer Assistants and it seems we are the slaves bought at the cheapest price by the govt. of Nagaland. Recruiting graduate and primary teachers in terms of thousands with standard pay and at the same time neglecting the provisions of a handful of Graduate LDA cum comp. Assistants with equivalent qualification is not justifiable.
With general election approaching fast ahead, I hope the DAN government executes the wisdom in ushering in the postal ballots at large. This is a wake up call to all the Graduate LDA cum Computer Assistants.

Inahoto, Graduate LDA cum Comp. Assistant
