Dimapur, February 5 (MExN): The Longjang Baptist Church Youth Ministry undertook a pilgrimage walk to Molungyimsen village in Mokokchung District under the theme ‘Walk in His Path’ Isaiah 2:3 on February 3.
A team of 22 Church youth executive members under the leadership of Bendangsunep Aier, Youth Pastor were welcomed by Rev Tajung, Pastor Molungyimsen Baptist Church, stated a press release.
The up-hill walk started off after a mass prayer from Clark Suspension Bridge which is located in Milak River and covered a stretch of 14 km to reach the destination at Molungyimsen Pilgrim Home in Molungyimsen village, it stated.
The pilgrims were guided by two deacons from Molungyimsen Baptist Church and the walks altogether lasted three and half hours.
Thereafter, a short prayer fellowship was conducted with the fulltime staff of Molungyimsen Baptist Church and all the participants were presented with certificate to mark the walk.
