Looking for vegetarian food in Kisama? Find Veg Trial and Swastik Khana

Kisama, December 8 (MExN): While visitors to Hornbill Festival can choose from a variety of food stalls serving traditional food and delicacies, mostly non-vegetarian, many tourists who are vegetarians have found it difficult to find one serving vegetarian food.

Two stalls, the Veg Trial and Swastik Khana, serving pure vegetarians are a hit among the visitors and tourists opting for a vegetarian meal. Swastik Khana managed by two young entrepreneurs, who has also started a food delivery service called ‘Ahibo’, in Dimapur, Limatola Longkumer and Vaibhav Jain, have set up their stall for the first time at the Hornbill. 

Wishing to provide vegetarian food at affordable prices, Limatola, who is also an illustrator, said some tourists have expressed relief at finding a food stall serving vegetarian food. The stall has been attracting a good amount of customers daily.

The Veg Trial, owned by Merangla Longkumer, located near the Bamboo Hall is serving vegetarian buffet and it can be found teeming with visitors and tourists during business hours.
