MMRVCF calls for early roadworks

The stretch of the road which was visited by the MMRVCF.

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 17 (MExN): Office bearers of the Mokokchung to Marani Roadside Villagers Concerned Forum (MMRVCF) visited the sinking area near Chungtia Village and the stretch of the NH 702 D and interacted with the concerned department who were engaged in the field. 

After inspection of the road the team met EE, NH, Mokokchung division 11 and stressed on the need to repair potholes, roadside clearances, and also pointed to the road condition beyond the Tzürang River which is looked after by the BRO. 

A press release from the forum’s media cell informed that the EE gave assurance that the issues would be addressed and that repair works would be completed before Christmas this year.
