Mokokchung, November 20 (MExN): In observance of the 65th all India Cooperative Week celebration (November 14 to 20), a programme was held at ARCS Office, Mokokchung under the theme ‘Inclusive growth and good Governance through Cooperative for rural prosperity.’
According to a DIPR report, Branch Manager NSCB Ltd, Mokokchung, Nchumthung Kikon speaking on the occasion as the special guest stressed on the importance of skill and technology up-gradation in cooperative sectors to meet the challenges and demands for better economic growth. He called upon the members from cooperative societies present in the programme to avail the opportunity to interact with the Officials from concern departments for in-depth knowledge on how to enhance skill up-gradation in their respective cooperative societies for better performance.
Earlier in the programme, AO ARCS Mokokchung, R. Bendang delivered the welcome and keynote address while vote of thanks was proposed by SICS, Bisarila L. Sangtam. The programme was chaired by JICS, Tsulenla Jamir.
