Dimapur, February 2 (MExN): The Directorate of Industries & Commerce, Government of Nagaland will be organizing the State Handloom Expo, ‘My Handloom My Pride’ under National Handloom Development Programme (NHDP) at Urban Haat, Dimapur from February 10 to 23.
In this connection, the Directorate of Industries & Commerce has invited application from interested co-operative societies, NGOs, apex societies, SHGs to participate in the expo sponsored by Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
Application can be submitted through: email - industrynaga@gmail.com; WhatsApp - 9563556449 or in person at Directorate of Industries & Commerce (Handloom Section)/District Industries Centre, Dimapur along with the following documents: Weavers ID card/Aadhar Card, Mobile Number, Bank Account details: Name of the Account Holder, Bank A/C No, Branch name, IFSC code and detail Address on or before February 5.
It is also informed that the stalls will be provided free of cost and daily allowances will be given to all the exhibitors/stall.
“All participants must strictly adhere to SOPs issued by the Home Department, Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority,” the department added.
