Nagaland state on May 31 (Sunday) reported 7 fresh cases of Covid-19 positive infection, taking the count of progressive positive cases to 43.
" Out of 92 samples tested, 4 Female & 3 Male, all returnees from Chennai has tested COVID19 +ve. 4 at Kohima & 3 at Dimapur.
As on: 7:25 am, 31st May, we have 43 active cases," Nagaland Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom tweeted on Sunday morning.
Nagaland reported its first coronavirus case when three people, who returned from Chennai, tested positive on May 25 (Monday).
