Kohima, November 26 (MExN): I Meyionen, IGP and Director (Rtd), Nagaland Lokayukta Police has been appointed as the new Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) of Nagaland.
The appointment would take effect from the date of taking of oath of office before the Governor of Nagaland, stated a notification from Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department, Nagaland on November 24.
He shall hold office of the CIC for a “term 3 years or till he attains the age of 65 (sixty-five) Years, whichever, is earlier,” it said.
