Nagaland CM briefed on NITI AAYOG

Kohima, February 17 (MExN): A briefing for the 6th Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog, which is scheduled to be held on February 20, was held at the Residential Office of the Chief Minister on February 17. 

A DIPR report stated that the Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio was briefed by the Chief Secretary and other senior Government officials on various agenda such as reducing compliance burden at State level, thrust on creation of jobs, reimagining agriculture with emphasis on the Naga Model Integrated Settled Farming, and improvement of physical infrastructure. 

Agenda on human resource development, improvement of service delivery at grassroots level and healthcare sector were also taken up during the briefing.
