Dimapur, November 22 (MExN): Nagaland on November 22 reported 103 fresh COVID-19 postive cases, while there were 66 recoveries.
Out of 103 new cases, 78 were detected in Kohima, 24 in Dimapur and 1 in Zunheboto, according to an update by the State Health and Family Welfare Minister, S Pangnyu Phom.
In addition, there were 34 recoveries in Kohima and 32 in Dimapur taking the total recoveries on Sunday to 66.
“103 +ve cases of # COVID-19 detected today. Kohima- 78, Dimapur- 24, Zunheboto- 1. Also, 66 +ve patients have recovered. Kohima- 34, Dimapur- 32,” the Minister updated on Twitter.
With this, Nagaland’s total COVID-19 tally stood at 10777 on November 22. However, with 9203 recoveries, there were 1406 active cases denoting a recovery rate of 85.39%.
According to Nagaland COVID-19 Dashboard, the State has recorded 51 fatalities till November 21, out of which 6 deaths are designated as “COVID-19 positive but not due to COVID-19” and 4 are under investigation.
As per the Dashbaord, a total of 105 cases have migrated from the State.
