Wokha, October 22 (MExN): A meeting between the Land Owners' Union (LOU), Doyang Hydro-Electric Project (DHEP) Doyang, Wokha and bidders of the NIB-373 (Construction of two numbers of raw water reservoirs and another two numbers of clear water reservoirs for water treatment plant at Doyang Hydro-Electric Plant, Doyang, Wokha dated October 6, 2020) was held at 1B, DHEP, Doyang on October 22.
A press release issued by Rhanbemo Odyuo, President LOU, DHEP, Doyang Wokha stated that during the meeting, the house resolved that without the knowledge and consent of LOU, DHEP no bidder(s) are allowed to bid the NIB-373 Dated October 6, 2020. Interested bidder(s) are requested to inform the LOU, DHEP for participation in the bid on or before October 24, 2020. After the expiry date of October 24, 2020, no bidder(s) are will be allow to bid the NIB-373 and be out rightly rejected the bid by the union as per the Agreement signed on February 28, 1984, it resolved.
It also resolved that defaulter bidders will bear all the expenditures of the bidders of NIB-373. Failing which, the defaulter bidders shall be held the entire responsibility in future, it added.
Further, it also resolved that only the techno-commercial bid qualifiers/bidders will be called in the next meeting for further course of actions.
