SAPO Platinum Jubilee today
Kohima, December 27 (MExN): Southern Angami Public Organization (SAPO) will be commemorating its 75 years on December 28 at Zhodi Ground, Jakhama NH 29. Justice Zelre Angami, Justice (Rtd) Gauhati High Court will grace the celebration as the Guest Speaker while the Guests of honor are Chotisuh Sazo, Former Speaker, MLA, Dr. Neiphi Kire, Chairman Kohima Village Council, Er. Zale Neikha, Advisor, Youth Resources and Sports and Kethozhapu Sahu, Advisor, APO.
DNCRU general meeting on Jan 3
Dimapur, December 27 (MExN): The Dimapur Nkonjan Chukitong Range Union (DNCRU) general meeting will be conducted on January 3, 2020 at 10:00 am at Dimapur District Citizen Forum Office, Super Market Dimapur. The office bearer’s election will be conducted on the same day; therefore, all the members are requested to attend the meeting. All the village union members are requested to bring Rs. 500 as membership fee.
CTYO appeals for timely completion of four-lane works
Dimapur, December 27 (MExN): Chümoukedima Town Youth Organisation (CTYO) has once again requested the responsible contractors and construction firm undertaking four-lane works to complete at the stipulated time without compromising the quality workmanship and to maintain safety measures for running vehicle and pedestrian. The CTYO President Diethosilie Shüya and General Secretary Sekho Thakro in a press release also urged the firm to water the dusty road regularly in order to check the hazardous dust pollution and to avoid any untoward incidents and accidents. CTYO further cautioned against any anti-social activities within its jurisdiction.
