H&TE Minister condoles

KOHIMA, JULY 26 (MExN): Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Temjen Imna Along has expressed sadness at the demise of Ghokheli Aye, who passed away on July 23 at Dimapur. Late Ghokheli Aye is the mother of Kaito Aye, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperation. “She was a woman of faith who brought up her children in the fear of God; which is exhibited in the lives of her children who carries forth themselves well, and has become remarkable leaders in their own right,” the Minister stated in his condolence message. “Losing a mother is never easy; the pain of losing a loving mother is intense and heartbreaking. Yet, the rich legacy she has left behind shall continue to shine through her children whom she has brought up with so much love and care,” he added. The Minister extended condolences to the bereaved family members. 

MTMK clarifies on deceased at CHC Medziphema 

DIMAPUR, JULY 26 (MExN): The Medziphema Town Mechü Krotho (MTMK) today issued a clarification regarding the case of a COVID-19 patient who expired while undergoing treatment at CHC Medziphema. A press release from the MTMK President, Akhoto Kuotsu and General Secretary, Khrielie Iralu Meyase, clarified that the person was brought from New Chümoukedima area and not as mentioned earlier (i.e. Daily Bazaar, Medziphema Town). “It has also been confirmed that he resides alone beside the National Highway where 4-lane construction is under progress,” the press release added.

PDCSU mourns

DIMAPUR, JULY 26 (MExN): The Phek District Co-operative Societies Union (PDCSU) has mourned the demise of Ghokhali Aye, mother of Kaito Aye, Minister of Agriculture and Co-operation on July 23 at Dimapur. A press release from the PDCSU President, Kekhwengulo Lea expressed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
