DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 13 (MExN): The Nagaland State VDB Association has appealed to all the beneficiaries of PMAY Schemes under 74 RD Blocks who have received 1st phase allocation of the scheme to utilise the benefit and construct the house according to guidelines of the scheme and enable the department to geo-tag.
This should be done so that the Government of India can release the 2nd phase allocation of the scheme to the beneficiaries, informed a press release from the State VDB Association.
“It has come to notice that due to the inability of the department to take geo-tag and submit necessary documentation the release of 2nd Phase allocation has been stalled and the Government of India is yet to allocate the 2nd Phase to the beneficiaries,” it informed.
The association appealed to all the BDOs of 74 RD Blocks to be stationed at their place of posting and steer the VDBs and take necessary measures for the early completion of all the necessary documentation and geo-tagging so that the central funds are released without any further delay.
