
Kohima, August 21 (MExN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) in its endeavour to connect and upgrade the skills of the teachers during the closure of schools has been conducting series of webinars.
According to a DIPR report, an interactive session on how to engage students online was held on August 20 via Zoom platform with Dr Sapna Agrawal as the resource person in collaboration with Madhubhan Publication. Nearly 800 teachers from registered schools of NBSE from various districts participated in the webinar.
Dr Agrawal, Educationist and founder, I Big Wonder on YouTube gave various insights on Challenges and solutions. She shared on how to have better discipline in online classes, how to make Lesson Plans for Online deliberations. A plethora of activities to engage the learners within 30 minutes
It is not only important to teach but it is important to teach happy learners. Happy Learners will be productive and have better learning outcomes. This way, it balances the learning objectives with the learning outcomes. An interactive question and answer session was also conducted. Dr Agrawal is an Educationist from Kota and constantly conducts such insightful sessions.
The Board will be conducting the next webinar for the teachers on August 27 at 4:00 PM on the topic “Stress Management” with Ira Sehgal, who has vast experience in Behavioral Skills, Study Techniques, Stress & Time management and methods for teaching slow learners.
