NDWM Nagaland Region, coordinator, Sr Pramila in her welcome address explained that women who are registered members in the NDWM and ANDWU should be leaders to lead the group members for a better tomorrow. “Everyone is born leader but we fail to realise and recognize that talent in us,” she said. Sr Pramila spoke on the survival, developmental, participatory and protection rights of the children and urged the mothers to encourage children to enroll in NDWM CRM groups.

The resource person, Fr Paul Sema said that though one may have leadership skill, if they do not have communication skill, it is of no use. Therefore, as a leader, cultivate good communication skills for the better and effective communication, he urged the participants.
