DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 4 (MExN): Consequent upon the restructuring of the Department of School Education and upon the creation of a new post of Principal Director on 21st July 2011 the Governor of Nagaland has appointed Bendangkokba, IAS Secretary, Department of School Education as the Ex-Officio Principal Director of School Education Department, in addition to the normal duties as Secretary, Department of School Education with immediate effect till further orders. The Officer will be entitled all other allowances that are admissible under rules enforced from time to time in Nagaland with immediate effect. According to a notification from Chief Secretary Lalthara the Principal Director will function as the Head of Department of Directorate of School Education Department, Nagaland.
