The NNC (NA) is a separate entity which is working to uphold the Naga National principle. We have our own working system and the NNC (NA) is under no individual/groups influence. Rather it is an organization in itself having its own Government, army and its own Constitution. No outsider is empowered to interfere in the functioning of our organization to tell us how the day to day affair of the Government should be handled. We have our own working system and we are competent to run our Government.
The NNC (NA) seriously viewed the statement of TL Chaih NNC/FGN Leader where in he has written a very provocative statement. T L Chaih and his group has no moral right to say or write anything about the Naga National Movement because by their own accord they have betrayed the Nagas by accepting the Indian Constitution and have made the peace camp/transit camp set up by the Indian Government their home. Peace Campers will have no say in the Naga political issue now or in the future. They have been rejected outright by the Naga People.
Regarding taxation you may refer the 30th Sept 2011 issue of the local dailies and that order is still in force. When you and your like collecting taxes from every nook and corner of the Naga Nation why are you pointing your fingers at others. It is like a Kettle calling a pot black.
The NNC (NA) under the Leadership of Kuimukam and Z Hozheto will always stand up to the principle of reconciliation but under no circumstances will we tolerate provocative stance of any individual or group.
