Dimapur, August 8 (MExN): The Naga National Council Parent Body (NNC-PB) MIP Cell has revoked the suspension of Zeliangrong Region/NNC-PB after an official meeting held on July 25 at its central office. “The suspension was due to error circulation in the media dated July3, 2020, which was not in the agenda of Naga National movement,” the MIP stated. Both the central officials and regional authority have reached a mutual understanding in the interest of peace and unity among the Nagas. In this regard, the NNC-Parent Body notified the revocation of suspension of Zeliangrong Region with effect from August 10, 2020. The region also reaffirmed to support the NNC-Parent Body Central office under the leadership of its vice president S K Zhimomi, it added.
