•-“X” Mas and New year is knocking at our door. I am sure the district administration will issue order banning the use of crackers during the festival which shall be never complied by the people because this is just a formality. To my opinion it will be better if the order is not issued so as to protect the dignity of the high office and to avoid making it a mockery. And if it felt necessary to issue, implement it properly by investing the power to the respective village/colony authorities to penalize the offenders and make sure that the order is enforce into reality.
