NPSC should have clarified before results

•-Through this column, I would liked to draw the kind attention of the Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC), who had declared the prelims 2011 results of the recently conducted examination of the Nagaland Civil Service's and other allied services. How could the commission declare the results even before clarifying on these key answers, where some anomalies were detected and to whether these corrections make by some of the candidates were right or wrong? The Nagaland Public Service Commission (NPSC) should publish through the local dailies and their web site, the qualifying cut off marks of the prelims 2011 examination so that the candidates can have self assessment of themselves, where even one mark in the examination can decide the faith of the candidate.
