Dimapur, November 2 (MExN): The Lotha national leaders and workers of NSCN (IM), Lotha Region has extended Tokhu Emong greetings to each and every Lotha who are living in different parts of the world.
“Following the historic Indo-Naga political understanding to co-exist in peaceful friendship” under the leaderships of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and under the leadership of the chief negotiator and Ato Kilonser Th Muivah and the collective leaderships of the NSCN/GPRN, the NSCN Lotha Region stated it took the 2019 Tokhu Festival in a special way as it is to be celebrated in absolute peaceful atmosphere.
Mozamo Ngullie, Kilonser/CAO, NSCN/GPRN, Lotha Region in a press release called upon the Lothas “to acknowledge God with forgiveness to one another for granting us this precious peaceful time to celebrate the Tokhu Festival.”
The present juncture of the Lothas require forgiveness, it held, while adding to forgive one another was a must to make the celebrations complete and meaningful.
The NSCN Lotha region further appealed to the Lothas in general to make Tokhu 2019 the turning point to build a future of hopes for the younger generations through unity and harmony.
It prayed that “God will shower His blessings and all forms of healing upon the Lothas.” The NSCN Lotha Region wished the Lotha Hoho, the various frontal organizations, District Administrations, Police/Army and all the Lotha Hoho Units and organizations throughout the state and beyond “a joyous, and harmonious Tokhu Emong, 2019.”
