1.Armed cadres numbering to fifty (50) being kept at N. Kitovi Zhomomi house at Amiphoto for more than 5 (five) months under the Command of Lt. Col. Hevuto and now being guarded by Assam rifles. The house is neither an Office nor Designated Camp.
2. Nagaland Government should stop providing Nagaland Police escorts to N. Kitovi Zhimomi for transportation of arms and ammunitions to their cadres on the pretext of unofficial tours.
3. Illegal protection given to50 (fifty) armed cadres of Khehoi Campers at Kitovi Residence, an unauthorized location, outside the preview of Cease-fire. Whereas, NSCN cadres are not even allowed in the villages by the Assam Rifles.
4. No protection was given to NSCN’s Cease-fire Supervisory Board Sub-office at Dimapur but guarding the50 (fifty) cadres of Khehoi Campers at Kitovi Zhimomi’s house to run terror in Zunheboto.
5. The Konyak apex bodies have decided in the month of August 2011 that, no designated Camp should be given to Khole-Kitovi group in Mon District (Konyak soil). However, on contrary to the mandatory decision of the Konyak people, Kholi-Kitovi group forced at the gun point to the elders of Aopao village under Aboi Sub-division (Mon District) and constructed few numbers of houses without the approval of CFSB and district administration.
