NSF to begin agitation on SSB issue from Oct 30

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 25 (MExN): The Naga Students Federation (NSF) today informed that it would begin its first phase agitation against the Nagaland Government’s failure to set up a Staff Selection Board (SSB) on October 30.  A directive from the NSF president, Ninoto Awomi informed that all school, college and university going students would wear symbolic black bands/badges along with uniforms of their respective institutions as part of the protest. “This first phase of agitation shall be carried out until further directive from the office of NSF,” it added. The NSF directed all its federating units and sub-ordinate bodies to ensure that the protest is carried out in their respective jurisdiction. It also asked the units to forward compliance report accompanied by pictorial/video proof to the federation’s office within November 3.
