NSF suggests to postpone exam

Kohima, November 27 (MExN): On the issue of the ‘Odd Semester undergraduate examination,’ the Naga Students Federation (NSF) in a letter addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Nagaland University has placed “suggestions” that the proposed examination as notified by Nagaland University for Undergraduate examination (Odd Semester) be postponed to February 2022 or till such time as may be deemed necessary for completion of courses and the examination be conducted via offline mode so that fair and transparent assessment of students is ensured. In the letter, expressed regret for the “unfortunate turn of events leading the students community to the street demanding for an alternate mode of examination is unprecedented.” The suggestions were made In light of the situation and considering the limited number of classes conducted and bounded time duration for coverage of courses, it stated.
