NSRLM Pungro conducts financial inclusion mela

Pungro, February 8 (MExN): The financial inclusion mela was organized at Pungro town on February 6 at Cultural Hall, Pungro Town.
Durga Bora, Branch Manager, SBI Pungro, Shenlithong Sr. Supervisor, Social Welfare Department Pungro and Khentsumew, GDS, BPM Pungro were the resource persons.
The resource persons elaborated on the myriad schemes that were available in the respective departments or offices. Schemes like PM Kisan, PMJJBY, AYUSHMAN Bharat, health insurances, life insurances, fixed deposit, recurring deposit, old age pension schemes, benefits for differently-abled, widows, PMVVY etc which were ignorant to the attendees of the mela.
The programme in Pungro was chaired by Kihola, AC-FI, NSRLM Pungro Block, Lotsula, MBK Vongti said the invocation, Y Hontan Chingkong, BDO Pungro presented the welcome address, while Angelina, BPM NSRLM Pungro elucidated the overview of NSRLM under Pungro Block and Rothronge DC-FI briefed the gathering on financial inclusion. Theresa Zhinee, General Secretary CLF Pungro Circle and Tsuyimla MBK Zhimkiur pronounced the benediction.
A press release issued by Angelina, BPM, NSRLM Pungro stated that the same programme was conducted at community hall, Kiusam town on February 7. Akhuba, AC-IBCB Pungro Block chaired the programme and the briefing on financial inclusion was done by Rothrongse DC-FI, vote of thanks by Alemshe, President CLF Kiusam Circle and invocation, benediction by Lemnong, W/Leader Kiusam and Litanshe, VLO Secretary, Sangkhumti respectively.
