Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Anoop Khinchi, has directed all official gatherings such as seminars, workshops, conference etc in Dimapur district to be deferred till April 12 with immediate effect. The DC has advised the public to refrain from holding any social, cultural, sports, political, religious, academic and family functions or programs which may see gathering of a large number people until further notice.
