One person was killed while another eight were injured in a car accident at Seikhazou, Kohima at around 3:00pm. The deceased was identified as one Velükho Vero, a class VIII student of Oking Christian School, Kitsubozou, Kohima. All the injured students belonging to Oking Christian School were on their way home after school when the accident occurred. The injured students were rushed to KOHIMAS Hospital and Oking Hospital. One of the injured was informed to be in serious condition. The cause of the accident was yet to be ascertained till the filing of this report.
